By registering an account on cs999, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and cs999 regarding your use of the platform.

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or unlawful financial activity through the cs999 platform.

• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with a third party.

cs999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms.
• cs999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• The player has failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time.
• The player requests their own account to be closed — cs999 will process such requests promptly.
• The player has engaged in conduct that cs999 determines is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, cs999 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player where possible. Players may contact cs999 support to query the status of a suspended account.

If an account is closed legitimately by the player, any remaining real-money PKR balance (not bonus credit) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks.
